Counts the 40 Kano State House of Assembly seats by party at the 6 February 2027 election, from INEC returning officers' declarations; a seat counts for the party on whose ticket INEC declared the winner. Supplementary or rerun polls that INEC orders on its own authority and concludes by 31 March 2027 count (the cut-off moves later by any general postponement); tribunal- or court-ordered reruns, later judgments and defections are ignored, and a seat undeclared at the cut-off counts for no party. Resolves 'APC' or 'NDC' if that party has 21 or more declared seats; otherwise (including if another party reaches 21) resolves 'No party, or another party'. Void if the election has not been held by 30 June 2027.
